    What you can expect includes the following in a Liability Portfolio Notebook:

    1) The company seal

    2) Approved articles of organization

    3) The full company bylaws

    4) LLC Operating Agreement

    5) The company Federal Tax ID number (EIN)

    6) Completed and filed IRS forms

    7) Banking Resolution

    8) Glossary of definitions for each corporate document and IRS form included.

    9) Statement and Resignation of the Organizer

    Receive Completed Business Formation Documents

    Omni Resources completes all business formation documentation for you (all types of corporations, LLCs, and partnerships). You'll receive private and confidential business documents along with necessary approval documents from local, state, and federal government entities.
